Bio

Christopher Cosgrove began his screen career as a video editor in Brisbane, chopping TV commercials for the likes of Super Amart, Rio Tinto and Dreamworld. He owned way too many hard drives.

Fast forward ten years and we find Christopher studying directing at the Australian Film, Television and Radio School in Sydney. He’s keen to tell his own stories and he still owns way too many hard drives.

In 2018 Christopher wrote and directed Boldly Go, an autobiographical short film about the challenges of dating with a colostomy bag. The film’s comedic and heart-warming tone proved to be a hit with audiences across the globe, garnering official selections at over twenty international film festivals including BFI Flare, Inside Out and Leeds International Film Festival.

If you’d like to know more about Christopher just offer him a mojito, a game of Scrabble or (go on I dare you) another hard drive.
